We are excited to invite you to consider the vital role of Program Director at Hastings Lake Bible Camp (HLBC), a year-round Christian camp established in 1938. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to live out your faith and significantly contribute to a ministry dedicated to transforming lives.

Term: Full-time, year-round.
 

What We’re Looking For

         We seek an individual with a mature and growing Christian faith, actively living out the values of Hastings Lake Bible Camp, including Relationships, All Ages, Simplicity, Bible Based principles, and Community.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, preferably 3-5+ years within a non-profit, camp, or similar operational environment.

• Experience in personnel management.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work independently and as part of a dynamic leadership team.
